RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want every order from falconstallion.market to arrive as described and in proper condition.
Because fragrance and aromatic products are personal-use products and their condition can be affected once opened or used, different rules apply to unopened products and opened products.
Unopened and Unused Products
You may request a return of an eligible product within 7 days after delivery if the product is:
- unused
- unopened
- in its original packaging
- in resalable condition and
- accompanied by proof of purchase from falconstallion.market.
To request a return, contact operations@falconstallion.market before sending anything back.
Do not return products without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Unless the return results from our error or a defective or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
Opened or Used Fragrance Products
For hygiene, safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, sampled, decanted, or otherwise altered fragrance and aromatic products are not eligible for return or exchange simply because of personal preference.
Fragrance perception is subjective. Differences in how a fragrance smells on different people, changes during wear, differences in projection or longevity, or personal preference generally do not constitute a product defect.
This restriction does not limit any rights a customer may have when a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise protected under applicable law.
Pre-Order Products
Unless different terms are clearly disclosed on the applicable product page, pre-order products are subject to the same return rules as other products once delivered.
Unshipped pre-orders may be eligible for cancellation in accordance with our Shipping & Pre-Order Policy.
Limited, Special, and Custom Products
Products clearly marked Final Sale, custom-made products, personalized products, and certain special or limited releases may not be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any product-specific restriction will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you receive:
- the wrong product
- the wrong size or edition
- a materially damaged product
- a leaking bottle caused by a packaging or fulfillment defect or
- another material fulfillment error
contact operations@falconstallion.market promptly and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.
If we confirm the problem, we may provide, as appropriate:
- a replacement
- an exchange
- a refund or
- another mutually agreed resolution.
We will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is required because of our error or a verified defect.
Natural and Artisanal Variation
Many products offered through the Store may contain natural materials or may be produced in small or artisanal batches.
Natural materials can vary in color, appearance, viscosity, sediment, olfactory character, or other minor characteristics from batch to batch.
Minor natural variation that does not materially affect the identity or intended use of the product is not necessarily a defect.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet entered fulfillment, contact us as soon as possible at operations@falconstallion.market.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been packed, transferred for fulfillment, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and the applicable return rules will instead apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time after we issue a refund may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are ordinarily non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
